What is Autologous Micrograft?

Many individuals face hair problems over time. Autologous micrograft is a technique applied in the treatment of hair loss, providing support for new hair growth. It is the treatment obtained as a result of re-injecting the growth factors obtained from the person's own cells into the scalp. How is Autologous Micrograft Applied?

In autologous micrograft, stem cell hair treatment, the tissue in the hairy area behind the ear that does not fall out genetically is used. Hair follicles are taken from the area in the nape area with a special method. These taken hair follicles are converted into a special cell suspension. In this way, a hair treatment that increases cell renewal is prepared from the person's own hair follicles.

This prepared suspension is injected into the scalp by injection method. With the hair follicles taken from the donor area, the development of the hair follicles is ensured and the growth factors are activated and hair growth is achieved. Since the autologous micrograft procedure is performed under local anesthesia, it is a painless procedure.
